Our Experienced Professional Staff will Deliver, Prepare & Present your Menu at the location of your choice, for your convenience. Following your function, the staff will clean-up and return all items to Culinary Creations ®, leaving the establishment free of duty.

ALL STAFF MEMBERS CHARGE $40.00 PER HOUR EACH

Culinary Creations ® works closely with a Local Liquor Company offering you the most possible selections at Liquor Store Pricing. Bar on Consumption is determined by the amount of Liquor/Liquids consumed at an event Without any Profit. Culinary Creations ® retains Host Liquor Liability that allows us and insure our Staff to pour/serve liquor with profit or additional mark-up. All Liquor is returned to the Liquor store and you are only charged for the amount consumed/heavily iced during your event. This style of Bar saves you an overcharge per person/per hour charge. In general Bar on Consumption will average $8.00- $12.00+ Dollars per person based on Liquor selected. A Credit Card Must be retained by the Liquor store for Bar on Consumption service to be provided.;

Bar Charges/Rentals Include: All Fruit, Paper Napkins, Stirrers, Bar Hardware; Shaker Glasses, Stirrer, Openers, Tubs for Icing.....and All other Hardware/Software for our Experienced Bartenders to provide adequate service during your event. A small charge will be added to All invoices to cover the use of all Bar Products. This Charge will be added to Every Bar when Culinary Creations ® supplies a Bartender. Bar Rentals include Glassware for Champagne, Water/Soda, Beer & Wine, as well as an actual Bar for Serving, Cambro for Holding Ice and any other additional Rentals needed to provide adequate service that are not provided in the Bar Charge. These Items will be determined at Client's Discretion.

OTHER STANDARD RENTALS Approximately $15.-$20 per person

(Includes: Tables, White Plastic Folding Chairs, Solid Linen & Napkin Colors)

Rentals are NOT Included in the Packages listed. Rentals are determined by the Menu Package you select, but Mainly the Location that you are Hosting your event. Many Rental Venues offer some Rentals, Certain Locations Offer None. Backyard or Tented Functions require Tents, Lights, Cook's Tent or area for Serving/Clearing, Portable Kitchen Facilities.....Tents require a Site inspection for accurate Proposals, every property is different, we must examine your area for a number of determining factors before an accurate Estimate is given. We will be more than Happy to give you an educated guess prior to a site inspection, with the understanding that the proposal will change after a site inspection is performed. For an Accurate Proposal a Site inspection can be Scheduled and Performed for a $100.00 fee that is credit towards your rentals once you book your Rentals with us. The above estimate is based on the Standard Rentals needed for most Indoor Venues. Bar Rentals, and other pending items are not Included, but are explained above.

		IN ADDITION: an 18% Service Charge** is based on FOOD, Beverage & added to Contract automatically. The service charge offers staffing additional funds for packing out and unloading. Gratuities are up to the clients discretion. Service charges also cover other costs such as vehicle transportation, chafing dish and certain other rentals that are not charged direct to client.
