Andrew Pantano

Executive Chef Andrew Pantano is a Highly Trained and Experienced Chef Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and Owner of Culinary Creations in Hillsborough, NJ since 1995. Chef Pantano, together with his colleagues, has designed a Full Service Catering Company & Casual Dining Restaurant. Chef Pantano has worked side by side with Celebrity Chefs from NY & NJ at various Five-Diamond rated restaurants. His style, creativity and personality have landed him a TV Cooking Series.

Chef Pantano has concluded over 180 Television Shows for "Panache" his weekly TV cooking show.

Culinary Creations under Chef Pantano’s direction has earned a renowned reputation and numerous prestigious awards for orchestrating memorable events from start to finish. Chef Pantano has been featured in voluminous reputable publications and television news broadcasts. Chef Andrew Pantano and his Talented & Decorated Staff at Culinary Creations continuously create innovative menus for numerous High Profile Celebrities, Dignitaries and influential clientele with Seasonal menus after much research and experimentation to take advantage of their Gardens, Local Farms and Growers.

JoAnn Pantano

  • Started career in the Sales, Customer Service, & Banking Industry

  • Has been a Staple to Culinary Creations since 2003

  • Began with off premise catering and then became the Office Manager, which elevated to General Manager & Captain at Events

  • Loves to cook with wine (sometimes more wine than cooking!)

  • Enjoys time with her puggles ‘Cashew, Nutter & Butter'

  • Favorite Food: Pizza

  • Favorite Drink: Red Wine

  • Favorite thing to Cook: Pasta

Liz Patella-Rabels

  • Enjoys Wildwood Vacations, 80s Hair Bands, long drives, concerts, bowling

  • Most  importantly quality time with loved ones

  • Favorite thing to cook: Holiday Meals for the Family

  • Favorite Food: Italian Food

Ted Sabol

  • Attended University of Maine 1989-1991

  • Proud Father of Two Daughters

  • Enjoys Fishing & Cooking in his free time

  • Loves Dogs

  • Favorite Food: Crabs and Clams

  • Favorite Drink: Beer

  • Favorite thing to Cook: Seafood

Brandon Pantano

  • Attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a Minor in Special Event Management and Certificate of Convention Sales & Meeting Planning

  • Enjoys traveling and exploring different areas & cultures through their food

  • Big fan of attending music & art festivals, especially when there’s great food involved

  • Favorite Food: Tacos

  • Favorite thing to Cook: Anything on the grill
